Job title offered

Did any of this happen? I was asked to pay money (a fee, deposit, "visa charge" or "medical charge") before I got a written offer. I was told to send money to a personal bank account, a mobile wallet or by cash, not to a company account against a receipt. I was pressed to decide or pay today, or told the job would go to someone else. I was offered the job without any interview, test or check of my skills. The salary or benefits are far higher than similar jobs. I was asked to send my passport, bank details or a one-time code (OTP) over chat to someone I have not verified.
