Our story
One team, accountable for the whole placement
BIMRA was started in 2011 out of a simple frustration: employers hiring from India into the Gulf were dealing with a different agency for sourcing, another for visa stamping, and a third for travel — and when something went wrong, no one would own the whole problem. BIMRA was built to be the one team that owns a placement start to finish.
Today that means sourcing and screening candidates against a real brief, handling visa and document processing in-house, and coordinating travel around confirmed clearance dates — for construction, healthcare, hospitality, oil & gas and engineering roles across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Oman and Kuwait.
Every candidate clears skills verification, medical fitness and document checks before an employer ever sees the profile.
